30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Small variations in handmade resin products are natural and are not considered defects.

To start a return, contact us at admin@luxlyss.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Please wait for approval before shipping it back.

Every skull is individually poured and finished by hand, so flower placement, colors, bubbles, and other small details may vary. These natural variations make every piece completely one of a kind.
